• The company management system certification enhances competitiveness of the company, both inland and also abroad.
• In many cases, it is the prerequisite of participation in tenders, especially at companies with foreign capital.
• The certification facilitates issue of “Declaration of Conformity”, without the attendance of the authorized person.
• In the area of ecology, we consider elimination of negative impacts on environment our moral duty, as well as minimisation of direct stress on employees within the manufacturing process.

History
• In 1999 the company ReTOS Varnsdorf s.r.o. was granted Quality Certificate by TÜV Anlagentechnik GmBH, according to ČSN EN ISO 9001:1994.
• In 2001, the company extends Quality Management by the area of ecology and obtains Certificate according to ČSN EN ISO 14001:1997.
• In 2002, the company passes successful audit according to revised standard ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001.
• In 2006, the company passes successful audit according to revised standard ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005.
• In 2006, ReTOS passes over to certification company TÜV International s.r.o. - COTI to be certified according to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001.
• In 2007, ReTOS passes over to certification company TÜV International s.r.o. - COTI to be certified according to ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005.
• In 2009, audits are associated for the purposes of QMS & EMS management.
• In 2010, the company changes over to the ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 standard.
