 R01-60, R02-60 – automatic toolchanger
Features:
• the facility is determined for machines WHN13-CNC/30 and WFQ80NCA-CNC/50
• enlarges technological options of the machine
• it is a separate unit and it is not fixed to the machine
• it is electrically, on the level of the control system and electrocabinet, fully integrated into the configuration of the machine
• consists of two basic parts – magazin and changer
Controlling:
• in the operating mode through main panel of the control system of the machine
• in the maintenance mode (setting up and fi lling up) through the separate control panel on the frame of the ATC
• foot controling of the tool-locking in the bed
Description of the base parts:
ATC:
• integrated air filter accessory for magazine and changer
• partial coverage of the facility
• FESTO pneumatic elements
Magazin:
• welded steady frame
• 2 rotary wheels made from lightweight alloy with beds for tools
• wheels are driven by embodied harmonic transmission HARMONIC DRIVE
• beds are made from special kind of silon MURLUBRIC
• tools in beds are mechanically blocked / pneumatically unblocked
Changer:
• jaws with locking servise are pneumatically opened / closed
• travel of jaw-module is pneumatically driven
• turning of the jaw-module is driven by electromotor with cam transmission
• travel of the changer, in the tool-axisdirection, among the wheels and changing position is pneumatically driven
• linear guideways are used for the abovementioned travel of the changer
• travel of the changer in the transversal direction (to the spindle) is driven by electromotor - guiderail, cogged bar
CE:
• facility is integrated into the safety system of the machine according to the applicable legislation and technical standards
