MSV Brno 2018 – Flashback
We have again taken part at the International Engineering Fair in Brno.
On this occasion, we at RETOS VARNSDORF celebrated our 25th anniversary.
At our exhibition stand, we showed an exposition of historical photographs connected to the history of RETOS VARNSDORF, as for example photographs of the construction of the company’s buildings at the beginning of the 20th century – at that time belonging to the premises of Arno Plauert. Visitors received exceptional little gifts with motifs of the company’s anniversary. The highlight of the celebration was a soft guitar concert by Karel Růžička, complemented by the managing director Jan Müller playing some of his own compositions.
This time, we presented a model of the RET10X boring mill with extensive accessories. Significant novelties were a robotic tool changer and a pick-up table with automatic milling head changer. Since the year 2016, when we presented the RET10X T-type at our exhibition stand at the MSV for the first time, the demand for this product has been ever growing. Together with the RET10P floor type, it belongs to an extremely variable modular series of CNC machines of the new generation.
The number of visitors at our exhibition stand was throughout the whole week higher than last year. Many existing and potential customers expressed a specific interest in our new machines, but also in overhauls, especially in machines of the WHN13, WH10 and W100 series. Therefore, we deem the trade fair a success.
