Strong Partnership for Better Service

RETOS VARNSDORF recently welcomed a special guest: Michael from our partner company Flint Machine Tools, Inc. in the USA. His mission: intensive training on our headstocks – the heart of a conventional horizontal boring mill.

Our headstocks are a true technical specialty: highly complex, with a multitude of precisely matched gears that ensure maximum performance and durability. During the training, Michael not only learned the theory but also worked directly on open headstocks to fully understand their intricate mechanics.

Thanks to this hands-on training, Flint will now be able to respond to service requests in the USA much faster – without having to fly a RETOS service technician from the Czech Republic each time. This saves time, reduces downtime, and offers a tangible benefit to our customers in North America.
